Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the CoffeeWorx mobile application ("App"), or by creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Description of the Service

CoffeeWorx provides a digital platform that allows users to:

• Discover cafes
• View cafe details
• Read & submit reviews
• Search by preferences

CoffeeWorx does not own, operate, manage, or control any cafe listed in the App. Cafe information may originate from publicly available sources, official third-party APIs, or user-generated content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current validity of such information.

User Accounts

To access certain features, you may create an account by providing your name and email address. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep login credentials secure
• Accept responsibility for activities
• Notify us of unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

User-Generated Content

Ownership

You retain ownership of any reviews, ratings, photos, or other content you submit ("User Content").

License to CoffeeWorx

By submitting User Content, you grant CoffeeWorx a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and modify your content in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the App.

Content Standards

You agree not to submit content that:

• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Is defamatory or obscene
• Infringes intellectual property
• Contains spam or ads

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use for unlawful purposes
• Disrupt or interfere with the App
• Gain unauthorized access
• Use bots or scraping tools
• Reverse engineer the App

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, branding, software, and proprietary features, is owned by CoffeeWorx and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without prior written consent. Third-party data accessed via official APIs remains subject to the respective third party's terms.

Location Services

The App may request access to your device's location to provide location-based functionality. Permission-based and device controllable. Use of location data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Warranty Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoffeeWorx disclaims all warranties:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a purpose
• Non-infringement
• Information accuracy

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. CoffeeWorx does not provide professional, financial, or business advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoffeeWorx and its operator shall not be liable for:

• Your use of the App
• Reliance on cafe information
• Experiences at cafes
• Loss of data or revenue

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

Future Paid Features

CoffeeWorx may introduce paid features, subscriptions, premium listings, or partnerships in the future. No payment is currently required to use the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability shall survive termination.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
